Well
first off the item on the slant is that pipe railing going down the stairs.
Right in the center of the picture seems to be a hot water heater and
the shiny box is a rafter mount furnace. Of course wee see to the right
of the central supporting pillar a box that seems to be the clothes washer,
and what looks like a folding chair and a cedar closet (center bottom
of image) are present along with the filth.
