Roof damage greets you

can see that there is need for roof work and chimney work, and the elimination
of that TV antenna from the bathroom vent pipe. However, look at the nice
light to greet a person coming up the walkway to visit. There had been
many vines at one time, and we know that will be a task keeping them out,
but I know it can be done. See the trees in back, the back yard is shaded
well. The house is small so the roof work would be minor, and since it
is only one story, I might be able to do it myself. Going back from looking
at this property in August of 2001 I found a roofing hammer along the
side of the road. The kind a roofer uses to take off shingles. I just
wonder if that is a Divine hint???? Somehow I just like this place. Some
have said I am to old to work on a home, but if I can not work on this
small house, then how can I do anything else? This is just a small apartment
sized building. What's more, I miss working on a home of my own and I
do want to turn this building into a creative person's "hideaway"
within the city boundaries.
