past the neighbor's driveway you can see how close the house is to the
property line. The neighbor wants to build a fence and I think that is
a good idea also. But note please the two windows in the cement cellar
There is ample ventilation for the cellar, but no such windows in front
so that plants could grow. To help with the fenestration I would like,
if I were to obtain this home, to put a trellis and roses to the left
of the door to offset the windows to the right. You can see the vet pipe
in the front that tells that the single window as you first look down
the side of the house is the bathroom. The next two windows are the small
kitchen. Note the addition in the back, a very tiny room that serves mainly
as an overhang to the cellar stairs, but could be a fine den or small
computer room for this one or two person house. The roof needs some work
and the eves. But mainly windows need to be replaced and the asbestos
siding will need to be removed, maybe replaced with aluminum or vinyl
siding and some appropriate insulation. We might want to install a front
gutter. The chimney needs some work and the louvers in the attic need
to be repaired and the home sealed to keep rodents, etc. out.
