The far back cellar window view from the 2nd lot side.

In the top right of the picture w see what the 'bx' cable in the last image was going to, a light bulb. Also from this angle, a window to the far rear of the cellar on the side of the extra lot (southern side) we can see through the cellar to the cellar window on the far front side of the house facing Bay Street. This shows that cross ventilation of the house during the summer is possible. The blurry stuff in front is grass that has grown up on the inside of the cellar window. Of course the new ductwork is also present as well as the cob webs. I do not know if the floor to the cellar is cement. If it is, then we have a great benefit. I do know a lot of "filth" must be removed from the cellar. The next door neighbor said that for 17 years the lady had cats that "did their business" right inside the house -- and I assume they did it in the cellar. If it is a dirt floor, well I would want to carry much of it out and attempt to pour a concrete flooring. But first things first. From here we go back outside and take one more look before we leave this house that could be made into a cottage-like home.
