Cellar stairs, accessed from the back entranceway.
This
is a view down the back stairs to the cellar. You see some of the animal
plates and I do not know whether the cellar leaks or not. I also do not
know what I will find down there. However, for this house the cellar is
more of just a space for the ductwork for the hot air furnace to be placed
in the cellar. There is a hookup for a washing machine, and I suppose
a dryer could go down there also. The point is that this small house has
a cellar and easy access so that the house can be rewired and plumbing
accomplished with relative ease.
