A few
things to note. First see the gutter, then the vines near it telling of
some serious undergrowth. Now look at the paint on the first two back-room
windows saying they (most windows) might need to be replaced. The next
set of windows are in the kitchenette and the last one is for the bathroom.
The neighbor wants to have a fence put up and I agree, but it will only
leave about 21 inches to mow in. I see the thing that looks like an oil
fill, but it is for a outdoor hose. The home was converted to natural
gas a few years ago. See the neighbors across the street - nicely kept
places, more of a "middle-class" neighborhood than a few blocks
to the West. Please also note the external water faucet. This house encourages
plant growth and gardening.
