As we turn from Bay Street onto Baywood we look to our left and see the neighbor's drive and the parking spot for 18 Baywood. My bicycle is parked here and beyond it you can see the "Christmas" evergreen and some other trees that are in this double lot. This means a garden could be put in here and at some future date the house made a bit wider, maybe even taller, but I doubt that due to zoning rules. However I could see the house being doubled in width sort of mirroring what is now there. It could even have a future carport or garage.
