proposal
would
place
charlie
upstairs
during most of the
weekends
in the winter/spring
of 2006.

This would
mean that
Alice would
not have any
of her space
disturbed
while she
is in the
process
of repairing
the home
she has
just bought.

  
This would be a study and readig area. Depending upon the radiators, the computr might go here. It would have book cases, a desk, and chair and perhaps a lamp for evening reading or working on projects on the desk/flat surface area.The bed would go in this area to the right of the south window. If it were a fouton, the bookcase might go on the south wall instead. Head of the bed is on South wall.The Computer area would also include the night stand, as the stand would provide storage for the computer. Bookcase to the left and maybe a small stand for a second computer in front of that bookcase.Clothing would go in the Bureau, and perhaps some other important things.In this case the bookcase is more of a pantry with the Microwave and Apartment Fridge providing light cooking. The counter aea would have storage space like a cabinet and the toaster-oven would provide other warming facilites. A hotplate could be added.The small TV would sit on one end of the table that has leaves that would come out for company or more study space. TV can be viewed from the bed.Not remembering if there is no closet, then a freestanding one would go here. If there is a closet, then a book-case goes here, maybe with a desk component to it.It would seem nice to havae a rug or runner when getting out of bed on a cold night.The bathroom is reached through the door and turn right. It has a tub, toilet, and lavitory sink.Charlie does NOT intend to use this storage area.It is proposed that new cafe type curtains charlie put in all 5 windows upstairs so it all looks the same and prying eyes do not know if anyone is upstairs or not.Turning left out of the south bedroom one goes to a landing and then can turn left again and go down the stairs and exit the building.charlie's emailIt is important to note that charlie wants to help Alice and will shovel snow, mow lawn, fix up the place in addition to any monitary rental arraingments while he tries to repair his family home.
