This is the area that Charlie Knight would like to use for the Winter/Spring starting in Jan. of 2006 on the weekends at the home that Alice Davis used to live in at 91 Pixley Road in Monterey. He would like to do this so that when the weather gets a little warmer he could bike over to the family home and start working on getting some place ready that he could live there. He would use the Kitchen area only sparingly.

The items in the dining room area that Charlie would bring in are as follows: A Fouton to sleep
on and use as a couch. A rug for the middle of the floor.

91 Pixley Road, Monterey, MA |
This is a plan of what Charlie Knight would like to use mainly the old Dining
Room are of Alice Davis's former home at 91 Pixley Road in Monterey as a place
to live on the Week Ends and maybe longer periods in the first 6 months andy
maybe the Summr/Fall of 2006.
He would also like to spend the summer there as he could bicyle the 3 miles
to his family homestead, which he would like to establish a living quarters
at and return to live there at least some of the time. He would like to start
preparing the soil at the family homestead during the month of March so that
by April Sweet Peas could be planted in a garden and he could live pretty
much from the fruits of his labors this summer.
He also wants to take trash and throw it away.
Pretty much the image above has the Northern Side to the Left, so the only exposed side of the home is the Southern Side that gets the sun in the winter and hence the heating should be minimal. The thermostate could stay in the living room, or maybe be disconnected and another thermostate placed on the Dining Room inside (Northern) wall. The items Charlie is proposing to bring in he already owns.
Charlie's current email is 189knight@netscape.com. Alice has moved to Pittsfield, MA
Charlie would mainly be in the Dining Room area as that has only one wall and he thinks that is the best room to heat . The Proposed Downstairs bath is just a suggestion. In this manner Charlie could watch the house for Alice and do any minor repairs as are needed. He might bring his washing machine, microwave, and a table, and refridgerator if need be.
He could also study and rest in quiet while maintaining her property.
